The hertz "mistake" caused by taktile measurement procedures
The measurement error will be especially missed by taktiled measurement instruments like micrometers.
Very often the influenz of the Hertz deformation should be integrated in the measurement results. A possibility to compensate this influence is a compare measurement with an adjustable measure, which has the same material and shape.

Please note that the force is effective on the incus and spindle side:
In the following example the measurement mistake will be 0.938µm.
Flatten = 2 * Da = 0,938µm
