Miniature Balls

A speciality of Nanoball, as its name already suggests, is the production and distribution of miniature balls. The standard diameter range in this segment is between 80µm and 3mm. These balls are being produced in self designed machines. The main ball selection includes various stainless steel balls, tungsten carbide balls, ceramic balls, chrome steel balls and magnetic balls. We are glad to support individual ball materials as well. Further, the miniature balls can be geometrically designed by additional processes. Our focus on the micro and nano production area has lead to numerous cooperation projects with various international development and research institutes (Fraunhofer Institute, Max Planck, NASA, ESA, EADS, DLR, various universities). A positive example for the mutual cooperation with research institutes is the new process technology for the production of miniature hollow balls. The filed of application for miniature balls includes computer technology, REM, and mass products like writing instruments. Miniature balls can be ordered through our webshop or via email.
